Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Recreate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Recreate on behalf of a family or estate, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You may only upload recordings that you have the right to use. Before a voice model is created, you confirm that you have verified consent from the person's family or estate.

Recreate is for remembrance. You agree not to use it to impersonate a living person, to deceive others, or for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering our models, or using recreated voices to harass, defraud, or defame anyone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put others at risk.

You keep ownership of the recordings you upload and the voice model created for you. You grant Recreate the limited permission needed to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

You can delete your content and account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Recreate is offered on an ongoing basis, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features over time. Where a change materially affects you, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know.

Recreate is provided “as is.” A recreated voice is an approximation created from the recordings you provide and may not perfectly reflect the person. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recreate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
